The SmartWasher® system employs a natural process called bioremediation to degrade and remove contaminants from the cleaning fluid, allowing the fluid to remain clean and reusable.The system combines three essential components: the parts washer SmartWasher®, the powerful water-based degreasing/cleaning solution called OzzyJuice®, and the microbe impregnated particulate trap called an OzzyMat®. The OzzyJuice® is a powerful, aqueous based degreasing solution that is pH-neutral, non-flammable, and non-toxic. Microbes (Ozzys®), introduced into the SmartWasher® system through the OzzyMat™, break down the grease, oil and other contaminants.

A parts washer system that works
The OzzyJuice® solutions will match or surpass the performance of a premium solvent without the associated risks. All OzzyJuice® solutions are certified by both NSF and SCAQMD. Ozzy® Microbes, introduced into the SmartWasher® system through the OzzyMat™ Filtration, eat the grease, oil and other contaminants, cleaning off the dirty parts, creating the harmless by-products of carbon dioxide and water. The OzzyJuice® cleaning/degreasing solution cleans the dirty parts and the Ozzy® microbes clean the OzzyJuice® leaving it strong and clean for every use, without the need for hauling, skimming or evacuating the unit and cleaning fluid again ever.
The Ozzy® Microbes do their job eating the grease, oil and other contaminants, cleaning off the dirty parts, creating the harmless by-products of carbon dioxide and water. Heated OzzyJuice® flows through the nozzle, and flow-through brush, onto the dirty part, then travels through the OzzyMat™ and into the SmartWasher® tank. Heated OzzyJuice® maximises microbial activity for self-cleaning and boosts cleaning efficiency. The 300 GPH Recirculating Pump pulls the OzzyJuice® from the tank and sends it back through the nozzle and brush – ready to clean more dirty parts.
