checks it around the clock: how hot it is, how fast it's heating and how much hotter it is than the air around
it.
When you'd add it
Added a second or third battery? Started with Standard and grown your system? Each Temp Guard main
unit takes up to three battery sensors. Plug in the new one, press RESET and it's on watch.
Compatibility
Works with all Temp Guard kits: Standard (TG-100), Multi-Sensor (TG-100-MSP) and Remote Alarm
(TG-100-RAP).
The sensor is electrically isolated and only measures temperature, so it can go on any battery in a bank,
including a series bank such as 24 V. Its ring lug sits on top of the battery's negative cable lug, never under
it. Use genuine Durst Temp Guard sensors only. They're matched to the unit, and other sensors won't
read correctly.
